I cannot say enough amazing things about Jeremy. He was fast, efficient, honest, and 100% ready to work for me. When I first talked to Jeremy, he had set up a virtual visit the same day I expressed interest in my house. He took me through via Zoom and showed me every detail of the house I could imagine. Now, you can only find out so much about a house from a virtual tour, so I asked Jeremy. "Be 100% honest with me. Is this a good house? Because I need somewhere that is good and safe and stable". And he was honest. That weekend, without even looking at the house in person, we put in an offer. Jeremy helped walked me through the process, he worked later in to the night to help me get the offer in. He found a great lender that got me preapproved. And my offer was accepted. From there, he was on the ball with getting inspections done, communicating between me and the lender or the seller, giving me as much information as he could. He was my #1 advocate. Even when things did not go exactly to plan, he was fighting for me the entire time. He showed compassion for all parties involved, but put my wants and needs at the top of his priority list.
